Looked at several after market brands and the reviews they've received. Decided to shell out the extra $$ on Genuine Toyota parts (at $410, that's a great deal) and am glad I did. I'm not the most mechanically inclined person but after watching 2 videos on youtube, I figured I could do it and save the $110 the dealership wanted to install them. Install was neat and easy, took 45 minutes then another 15 to pull the driver side door panel back off and put the door opener cable back in the right place and close it all up again. SO a total of one hour. Perfect fit, easy to do.Love the mirrors!! Electric adjustment works, so does the defrost feature and the running lights and turn signals are plug and play even though my stock mirrors didn't have them.No shaking problems as noted in several reviews of other after market brands. And the convex mirror on the bottom adjusts horizontally and vertically. A lot of the other brands had comments stating the bottom mirror only adjusts horizontally. Also no added wind noise or seal issues as noted in other brand comments too.Can't wait to pull the travel trailer in a few weeks. No more shaky, fall off clamp-ons.If you're looking for mirrors that look good and are also fully functional, go with the real deal. Toyota name brand makes a big difference when it comes to this product.(They're dirty in the pictures because they've been on for a week now)
